Third Party Access to Course

Gold Creek Country Club (GCCC) is privately owned land, and any unauthorised access will be considered trespass and treated accordingly. You must not access any land owned by GCCC or any part of the gold course without the express written permission of GCCC. Should you choose to do so, whether it be recreational or otherwise, you do so at your own risk and GCCC reserves the right to evict you for trespass and you may incur a fine or court-imposed penalty.

GCCC however understands that from time-to-time owners of neighbouring properties may need to access the golf course to carry out work on their land. This policy has been developed by GCCC so that GCCC can cooperate with its neighbours whilst ensuring that its members and visitors can continue to enjoy the golf course

When will GCCC allow access the course?

1. it is impossible or practically impossible for you to carry out the work without accessing the golf courseI
2. it is considerably excessively expensive for you to carry out the work without access to the golf course.
GCCC will consider the impact granting access will have on the members, visitors and staff of GCCC before granting or refusing access.

How do you arrange access?

To be granted access to GCCC’s grounds you must apply to GCCC by submitting this form. You will be asked to provide your contact details, reasons for seeking access and the dates/times that you require access. GCCC may ask you to provide further information as GCCC deems necessary in its sole discretion
GCCC will take up to 14 days to review your request and provide you with a response.

Will you have to pay fees to access the course?

GCCC may impose fees where third party assess is disruptive to the normal daily operations of the golf course (i.e. GCCC may charge a fee if a section of the golf course must be closed to players). GCCC will advise you know what fees are payable before you access the course. These fees must be paid in full prior to access being granted.

What conditions apply if I am granted access?

When accessing the course, or any land owned by GCCC, you agree to the following:
1. you must follow all reasonable directions of GCCC staff members or their agents when on GCCC land;
2. you may only access the golf course on the dates and times specified by GCCC;
3. you may only access the golf course using the routes specified by GCCC
4. you acknowledge that GCCC has the right to revoke your access at any time, vary the access dates and times or change the access routes;
5. you agree to pay all fees and charges imposed by GCCC in relation to your access when they become due;
6. you must take all reasonable steps to minimise the disruption to GCCC, their members, visitors and staff;
7. you must take all necessary precautions to avoid causing damage to the golf course;
8. if you, your contractors or persons you engage to undertake the works cause damage to the golf course then GCCC will arrange for the repairs to be carried out and you will be responsible for the cost of the repairs;
9. you must remove all rubbish, equipment or property brought on the golf course to carry out the work immediately after the work to your property has been completed and any rectification work to the golf course has occurred;
10. if your works require the removal of the boundary fence between your property and the golf course you are solely responsible for rectifying the fence;
11. you agree to use suitably qualified and insured trades people to carry out the work and will provide evidence of this to GCCC upon request.
